Hello and welcome to my website. I am Wilhelm, and I am a data analyst in California. I have worked in many industries, including specialty coffee, fin-tech, and esports. I combine that experience with my education in cultural anthropology to design beautiful solutions and empower those around me.
I love solving problems and crafting solutions that are easy to understand and implement. I also love empowering my peers and frequently work to create in-house programs to help staff develop their skills and further their careers.

Work in the Career Products and Tools team to bring California labor market data to the people through immersive and intuitive visualizations, impromptu data requests, and community presentations. Lead programs that help staff learn about the tools and software used throughout the division through introductory presentations and self-paced training courses.

Managed and maintained employee and payroll information for over 300 California employers to ensure reporting and database accuracy.

Acted as the primary contact for wholesale and online retail customers. Maintained the roastery’s ecommerce website, payment processor, reports, product releases, and accounts payable/receivables.
